After three successful seasons, today marked the end of a journey for this group of girls. Due to the new age pure mandate from US Youth Soccer, 5 of these girls will be moving to the next age group up; however, a new journey will start with the remaining 6. Coach Luis knows that they will continue the success that they all started.
The last 3 seasons have been an awesome experience to be a part of, not because of all the trophies these girls have won or all the wins, goals, or accomplishments. Luis's definition of success is taking these girls from the rec program at 7-8 years old and watching them become one of the top 3 teams in NorCal. All the hard work, dedication, and time that these girls have put in, is remarkable.
Coach Luis would like to thank all of the players, parents, and especially his wife for all the support. It really has made a difference in these girls' soccer and hopefully in their lives as we all move forward. The way these girls play and carry themselves on and off the field is something to be proud of.
