COVID-19 Weekly Update-May 3, 2020

MYSA-Ajax Families:

Provided below is our player-family monthly training homework (optional), Friday Zoom training (free), and followed by our weekly update.

Weekly Update - April 26-May 2:
All programs and any type of activity are suspended until May 18, 2020. US Soccer, US Youth Soccer (CYSA) and US Club Soccer (NorCal) are waiting for further information from government and county authorities.  We will provide you with more information as soon as we hear from these organizations.

MYSA (recreation program):
Spring season: MYSA families were emailed on April 5. Please refer back to this email if you have any questions about refunds and/or club credits. This email was also posted on our website on April 13. Once a final decision has been made by our Board of Directors regarding the spring season, we will inform our membership.

Regarding our MYSA 2020 Fall season, the registration deadline will be moved to June.  Thank you for your patience.  We will send the new deadline as soon as we can.

Ajax United (competitive program):
Ajax United teams will follow NorCal’s lead. Information regarding tryouts has been sent out directly from NorCal to its members.  We will post this email on our website by Monday afternoon.  Ajax United head coaches are currently furloughed.  Any coach-team-player activity for the months of April and May is not mandated by Ajax United.  We want to send a special “Thank You” to those teams that have been active throughout these unprecedented times.

Adult Soccer (Men, Women, Co-ed, Just for Kicks):
No games or activities until further notice.  We will finish up the current season as soon as we can go back out to the fields.  The next season will start in September of 2020.
