COVID-19 MYSA Update

MYSA Ajax Families,

After reviewing the updated guidance from the State of California, and the various county public health departments in Northern California regarding COVID-19, MYSA and Ajax United will be suspending all competitions and events until March 31, effective immediately. This includes all adult soccer games and MYSA (recreation) games. Competitive Ajax United games through NorCal will be played when NorCal resumes its competition. With this being an evolving situation, we will continue to consult with public health department guidance. Our MYSA-Ajax staff will be working over the next few days on contingency plans for our Adult and MYSA soccer programs for the spring season, including scheduling competitions.By Sunday (3-15-2020), we will send out our recommendations for practices and on Tuesday (3-17-2020), our staff will follow up with you on how we plan to proceed with each specific program.

Please do not email our staff regarding Adult Soccer and MYSA schedules until we produce new schedules for these programs. Ajax United competitive teams will follow the lead of NorCal’s scheduling recommendations.

Once again, there will not be any MYSA (recreation), Adult (co-ed, men’s, just for kicks, women), and Ajax United games this weekend. More information will follow as soon as possible.
